ABOUT US

Above & Beyond Disability Support Services is a community-based organisation dedicated to providing Disability and Mental Health care and support for those in need.

Above & Beyond Disability Support Services Pty Ltd is an approved registered NDIS provider. You can view our official NDIS Commission provider registration here.

Our organisation was founded by Alex Toohill with a simple goal — to deliver personalised, high-quality NDIS support that truly goes above and beyond.

With over 10 years of experience, we provide tailored disability support services across Toowoomba, Lockyer Valley, Darling Downs, and Ipswich regions. We strive to assist participants in gaining access to care, build independence, and meaningful connections within their community.

We are continually expanding our reach into new regions to ensure more individuals can access reliable, person-centred disability support close to their homes.

Caregivers You Can Trust

Experienced & Supportive TEAM

We understand that not one care plan fits all and we pride ourselves on taking the time to get to know each individual participant to ensure the care fits their personal needs, requirements and goals.

This includes a number of services in the home and the community, from supporting their overall well-being and attending allied health appointments through to accompanying participants to leisure activities.

Experienced & Qualified Support Staff

Above & Beyond not only strive to provide assistance with everyday tasks but want to develop a caring relationship with our participants and their families. Our focus is utilising our experienced support staff and qualified Registered Nurse to develop a person-centred plan that meets your needs.

We also provide one-on-one and group care that ensures our participants can feel safe and cared for during their most vulnerable times.
