WheelChair Accessible Transport
Wheelchair-accessible transport available for safe, inclusive community access
To help participants access the community safely and comfortably, we operate a wheelchair-accessible modified bus, allowing us to provide inclusive, reliable transport for appointments, outings, and social activities.
This ensures participants can attend important commitments, engage in meaningful experiences, and stay connected to their community with confidence and ease.
To arrange transport, simply contact our team via email and we’ll assist in coordinating your travel.
Nursing CARE
Providing nursing Care & Clinical Support
Above & Beyond Disability Support Services provides professional in-home nursing care to support participants with complex health needs in a safe, comfortable, and familiar environment.
We have a qualified and experienced nurse, Tenelle Toohill ,within our management team to assist deliver a range of clinical supports, including medication management and health monitoring, all tailored to each individual’s NDIS plan and personal goals.

We take a collaborative approach when assessing participant needs, working closely with families, support coordinators, and allied health professionals to ensure care is appropriate, consistent, and responsive.
Every support plan is developed with a strong focus on safety, dignity, and independence, and is regularly reviewed to adapt to changing needs over time.
