Above & Beyond Disability Support Services is a community-based organisation located in Toowoomba that is dedicated to providing comprehensive and tailored Disability Support to all participants at all levels of care needs.
We understand that not one care plan fits all and we pride ourselves on taking the time to get to know each individual participant to ensure the care fits their personal needs, requirements and goals.
This includes assistance with daily living, community access and social participation, supported independent living, capacity building, specialist support coordination, respite care, nurse care, transport assistance. We provide a more detailed description on our Services page.
With over a decade of experience, we prioritise personalised holistic care for all individuals, and provide valuable resources for families.

NDIS REGISTERED PROVIDER
Above & Beyond Disability Support Services is a local Registered Provider, offering services to many areas across Toowoomba, Plainland, Lockyer Valley, Gatton and many more areas across the Darling Downs regions.
As as approved provider we are registered with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). This is a government funded program provided to people under the age of 65 who suffer from a permanent physical or mental health disability. The NDIS provides funding for supports relating to; daily personal activities, transport in the community, behaviour supports, mobility equipment, home and car modification, help with household tasks and a number of other supports.
